It was a good solid boat and took a beating well. A few rivets leaked a bit after a while.

Joined Jan 24, 2007 Just my personal opinion, but the Lund boats I've been in throughout the years have been more comfortable than Alumacraft boats. Now, these are all different models, but I've always thought that Lund made the best aluminum boats. Butthat's just personal preference talking there and it could have been the model of the boats that I was in.

I am looking at purchasing either a Lund 1900 Pro V IFS Se With a 200 Mercury Verado Or a Alumacraft 190 Trophy With 200 E-Tec having a hard time making decision any help would be great Lund has an excellent reputation in this regard and is part of the reason why it was number one on our list. Two out of three Deep V owners would consider this brand if shopping for a new boat. Alumacraft is also a very popular choice within this segment as is Crestliner, a brand noted for its all-welded construction.

5. price was better on alumacraft than lund. But truth be told. If the layout is better for you on the lund and you can get the brand motor you want than go for it. To me the layout and storage is very important on a boat.

At the end of the day I would pay more for a boat that allowed me to put the motor choice on it that I want vs being pretty much told which one to put on it. Lund Vs Alumacraft.
